Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding as necessary

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and tidying

• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client condition

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience required (home care or facility-based)

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 20 minutes to client homes

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional demeanor

• Able to work independently and follow detailed care instructions
